goooooood morning everyone!!!...worked at brians all week an have lost track of what day it is...had to look on computer to be sure its friday...im sure we got rain an storms last night...but when i came home from his house at 630pm i was so tired...that when i layed down even a storm wouldnt have woken me..lol....opened the curtains so i could watch it storm, but was outta it before the storm came thru...headed back out again today got the truck fixed and just need to help clean up the garage and get ready for the next one...really lookin forward to being off tomow...might even be able to get back into walking in the mornings...my exercise has been lacking but i did almost a mile in steps just walkin around in his garage yesterday gettin tools for both of them while they was on their creepers so they wouldnt have to get up an chase down tools..so guess some exercise is better then none...ive been doing ok on the eating, well ive been doing ok on breakfast an lunch but by the time i come home for supper...its grab anything easy to fix, cause im tired an dont care...last night had a sandwich and then some jello...an my water...thats all i wanted...was just to tired to mess with eating...being gone all week an at brians gave my body a break, so hopefully next week i can get back into a regular routine once again...turned my key in yesterday at the gym...so il have to start doing the extra walking now for sure...well hope everyone is doing great...catch you all when i have more time...to sit at computer...

14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!

You sure are a busy guy, Mike. You are still getting movement in. Good job!!! I haven't been able to do exercises, other than sitting in the chair and doing leg lifts. I still get out of breath so easily.

You have been working so hard! That must be a good feeling to get a good night's rest. We sleep so soundly when we have worked good and hard all day. Kind of a different sort of exercise - huh!
