goooooooood morning everyone!!!...sorry i havnt been makin the rounds as much this week...been leavin the house at 8am workin out at brians house doing different things to help him and when i do get bck home, only thing i want to do is lay down an relax...my exercise has suffered this week, and my calorie intake is down cause im just to tired to eat that much...i was on the scales yesterday morning an im still up alittle from my monday outing at burger king, but i dont even care what the scales say cause when i went to wally world yesterday i went ahead an bout a pair of 42s in old glory name brand as thats the brand of jeans i wear...and really the only reason i bout em was i had noticed my 44s were just gettin so baggy on me..especially in the butt area...so i thought well il get a pair an try them on...hehehe...glad i bout them...they not only fit, but i can actually sit in them an be comfy...so the 44s are on a hanger at the other end of the closet, along with the other jeans that i have outgrowed...i got the 44s around xmas...and once the 42s start gettin baggy then 40s are next...since i started gettin the weight off...ive lost 10 sizes...just so hard to believe that im in 42s...so thats why i dont really pay alot of attention to the scales...its just a number to keep me on track to let me kno that ive had to much salt...especially when i see it go up...when it goes down, then i kno i have all the salt outta my system...im gonna turn my key in to the gym i go to..its starting to get nicer outside and im loosin interest in going to the gym, so no sence in payin another month ther...when i can just walk it off...and enjoy it just as much...so thats the plan ...headed out to brians again today to help again today...was nice yesterday in the 50s..suppose to be warmer today, but rain is headed here to...with possible storms later...all part of enjoyin the nice weather with another front comin thru...hope everyone is doing great...catch you when i have more time...

Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!! 15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!! 16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!! 17.
