Well, that's a kick in the teeth if ever - I gained 10 lbs in one morning! My newish scale broke, so I got a new one and it's reading almost 10 lbs heavier than my previous piece of shit scale. I did think the scale was a bit off, but not by that much! This now fully explains why certain clothes still didn't fit how they use too. I thought it was just the classic "the dryer shrunk it" excuse, but apparently not.

Okay, so my initial shock is over, and if it wasn't for this new diet plan I'm on, I would probably be quite sad right now, but surprisingly I don't feel too upset. It's better to know the cold-hard truth. My husband recently got weighed at the doctor's office, so his weight was accurate on the new scale too, so I feel confident that this new scale won't delude me.

Alright, back to my day now, I just needed to get that out and in case any of my buddies were confused with my weight history in recent days. So in a span of one morning; I need to lose 10 lbs "again". Life is full of surprises.
