Been doing well until recently. I finally see that I'm doing a little cheat here, a little cheat there. I need to get a handle on it before I start gaining again.
I gave up processed foods for lent and started losing weight. I was eating less. I need to be strick, keep going and add exercise.
I need to drink more water.

Good for you. Having the extra incentive in Lent is a good idea.

yes drinking at least 64 oz a day is what is recommened
