I SERIOUSLY have the munchies today! And I wish I could say to myself: You've come so far don't mess it up! Instead, I'm on the opposite track: You've come so far, you deserve it!

This may seem harsh but a quote I heard about a year ago that helped me a lot was 'I am not a dog; I don't reward myself with food.' You have come far. What else do you deserve besides food?

Yes but what do I do about the munchies? I think it's pms and I'm having home made kale chips ( which I haven't mastered making yet!)

bad combination: tired, cold, feeding kids, holiday treats all around; I think I'm past the munchies; maxxed out on them . . .

How about a non food reward!

I find when I have cravings I use hot beverages such as tea or warm almond milk with cocoa powder. It helps me.

I eat sugar/fat free jello. It's super sweet.

I don't know what was going on . ... . . Some sort of PMS binge . .. . I should have had tea . . .. and I didn't have enough veggies today . . . . . ok have to make up for it tomorrow . . . and the next day . . . .
