Hello all,

This was a very interesting day.

First i went to fysio, talked about my new training scedule, she was very impressed i came up with the scedule myself, and it was a solid work-out she thought it would be fine for me to follow the next 3-6 months.

Second i did my taxes, and i found out i have to pay about 4000 euro's less then i previously thought. That's gonna be a nice vacation this summer!

Third i fell of my bike. I had a heavy child sitting on the back and he jiggled at the moment i put my foot down, my ankle almost went double and i did NOT want that, so i refused to put weight on my foot. With the bike in between my legs i had no other alternative then to drop to the floor with bike, child and all, and landed REAL HARD on my butt (Wheres that FAT when you need it, huh?)

Fourth i got a call from the nutritionist telling me she really tried to find something wrong with my meals, but she couldn't and she even told me she went to get advice from another expert.

Except for the fall off my bike this day was very positive, in my head i can no longer give myself excuses for not keeping strict to my scedules both food and training! I will not skip a day, nor will I do double-days, at least for 6 weeks nw that the food and training are so well tuned to eachother.

I will teach myself to compensate for skips and doubles later, but first i must imprint this in my system.

i hope you all have a nice day, and my tip for the day:
don't fall off your bike!

tomorrow:
- boxing
- dokter for foot
- HOPEFULLY below 90 kilo ??

I'm very happy to hear all of this except for the fall. I cannot ride a bicycle. Well, I can, but I choose not to, for the fear of falling, so your story really made me FEEL your fall. Ouch. I hope you and the child are both okay. Keep the resolve, keep the manta, and keep up the good work! No skips, no doubles!
