Downward movement on the scale this morning, THANK YOU LORD!!!!
I have been frustrated this month but as I look back, I was 266 at beginning of the month and I am at 260.8 this am. That is -5.2 this month......I'll take it! and that is with a vacation and switch to the new scale by the way!!

Diet Calendar Entries for 25 January 2011:
1423 kcal Fat: 46.85g | Prot: 123.67g | Carb: 130.52g.   Breakfast: MaraNatha Almond Butter (1 tbsp), Deli Swirl Rye and Pump Bread, water (32 oz), Med - Lisinopril (40 mg), Vitamin - Centrum Silver Women's plus 50, Vitamin - Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil w/ Omega 3 (1000 mg), Vanilla Soy Slender (1 c), 100% EAS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, cold coffee (1c) . Lunch: granny smith apple, roasted sweet potato, chayote , broccoli, pork roast, water (32 oz). Dinner: Nasoya Organic Extra Firm Tofu (79 g), chili oil (1tsp), barilla whole grain pasta (2oz), broccoli, shrimp, water (32 oz), Vitamin - Calcium w/Vitamin D, Med - Simivastatin (Zocor) 40 mg, Vitamin - Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil w/ Omega 3 (1000 mg). Snacks/Other: Ezekiels 4:9 Golden Flax Whole Grain Cereal (1/4 c), Ciobani n/f plain yogurt (1/2 c), 100% EAS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder. more...
