I am in shock! I know, based on my fatsecret.com journal, my RDI has drastically dipped the last two days. Especially yesterday due to stress. However, I still at 4 meals, all "clean", and high in protein. What I didn't do and I guess is what truly has me shocked is how my weight could drop over 2.5 lbs!! I'm happy as hell, but hopefully I'm not "hurting myself" by dropping too much. My weight does fluctuate, as I believe everyone's does, but over my first month it was lose 2lbs gain a lb always netting me a couple to 3/4 lbs at best a week. I did start the "sugar challenge", plus stopped "eating after 8:30 challenge" as well. I'm sure no sugar had something to do with this. Simply AMAZED!

Thank you Suzi....but, I must say you women always complain about "fat" all the time, but that is mostly in "the parts" you need. I wish my fat went to my ass and thighs....just not breasts....lol. Thanks for your support Suzi! Keep going yourself! :)

Hope I didn't offend anyone...it was simply a joke, and quite frankly the truth. There's a reason why women have a higher % of body fat. That's all...again hope I didn't offend anyone...that wasn't my intention.

Anyone know why there are no individual exercises? For example, squats, bench, incline bench, dumb bell curls, etc etc? If they do where, if not how can they be added?
