On an incredible roll...lost 6-7 lbs in about 5 or less days! No sugar diet, combined with higher protein intake, lower calorie intake (simply because my stomach had shrunk, so not as hungry), Test 180(testosterone booster from GNC), & pre-workout creatine are all things, other than working out, for such incredible weight loss.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
