Feeling much better. Off to work, hoping to get off on time so getting to the gym won't be so late. Body is stiff so looking forward to a workout.

Didn't go to the gym, just walked today. Remembered I have an hour class tomorrow on the 30 minute circuit area so decided not to do 2 days in a row. House chores were way behind due to out of commission the past 2 days so came home, cleaned house, good dinner, and off to bed at a good time. Feel pretty good though tired and almost time to head for bed for another good nites sleep. Tomorrow won't get home till after 7.
