WoW! The 30 minute circuit class was quite a workout. Cardio ( step aerobics)mixed between circuit machines, it was fun but taxing. Will be good to do especially on week days. Not nearly as much leg, abs and upper body as I have been doing. Am going to try to schedule an individual trainer session for next Wed. If that doesn't work another day soon.
