WoW! The 30 minute circuit class was quite a workout. Cardio ( step aerobics)mixed between circuit machines, it was fun but taxing. Will be good to do especially on week days. Not nearly as much leg, abs and upper body as I have been doing. Am going to try to schedule an individual trainer session for next Wed. If that doesn't work another day soon.

Glad you are having fun. My gym (closed now) had circuit training and I love it. Maybe some day I'll find another one.

You can always improvise a circuit at home Buffybear, with the help of YouTube videos and some weights. Just mind the furniture hahah :)
