You know, it's really hard to believe we spent that much time "resting"... so why do I think I don't have time to work in a workout at the gym??!! Usually I golf (walk the course) on Thursday's but weather precluded that so a lot of computer time on a project for the ladies golf club. Computers - the bane of my existence but I'm hooked - big time!

If you mean on the exercise tracker, i often don't put in everything i do especially as i don't know what category it goes under and i don't time everything i estimate a lot On work days it often ends up with time resting when i have really not had any time to sit down without being at work except eat some dinner. I just figure keeping it at some exercise.

Totally agree with you here! when FS tells me that I rest 3-4 hours daily (average) I ask myself the question 'why do I feel like I never have time?' and more than that 'with so much rest, why do I always feel tired anyway?' LOL.
