Woo Hoo....my first weight-in. I'm feeling great and I am very motivated. I will continue on the same pattern and hope to lose about 2 lbs/week. It's a goal to reach for and I will do the best I can. This week I have to start moving. That will be my challenge for this week.

cheers!! work hard, we can do this. the work at the gym is getting tough , but in a good way. We are either adding a rep or some weight every day we do a particular exercise.

you're off to a good start. The more daily success you have the more they grow, the old habits will start to diminish and your new healthy habits will grow until you just don't recognize yourself anymore..you can become a exercise and healthy eating Diva!! Go for it, you can do it.
