I don't ever remember being under 200 lbs. I would always say to myself, if I had to look back on my life what would I remember most? Well, it would be that I am always struggling to lose weight and I never get there. Now at this time in my life I need to lose this weight so I can lower my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. How sad that I just couldn't get there sooner. I don't remember if I've ever really counted calories. Now I am. I must say that I was shocked on how many calories I was eating. Even if you eat healthy, it can still add up quickly. I want to do this, so this I will do. I'm on my way to a healthier me!
