!!!!!!!!BOOT CAMP DAY 2 UPDATE!!!!!!!!

Just giving an update on how my day went.
Ate well today. Still didnt get in breakfast and surely not enough calories to be on Atkins but i ate what i could and what i felt like eating.
I stuck to my meal plan, thats a first for me! Got some good exercise in today. Done 20 minutes of heart pumping cardio and then my push-ups. Cardio included 200 crunches and the remainder of time running around my living room. My baby looked at me like i was nuts and my 5 year old decided to join in the workout and copied me. Oh! i have him addicted to the Biggest Loser, could that be a bad thing? He told me while we were doing crunches "Mommy we are working out so we can be the biggest loser" LOL it was so cute. He is a hefty boy so he knows i watch what he eats! Well anyway its late and i am sleepy! Talk to you all in the morning! YAY Wednesday, middle of the week! Good night!

Dana, Stop skipping breakfast. Other than that... your workout sounds great. Arn't 5 year old kids amazing, especially when you are exercising! I love it.

Great job! You're teaching your kids healthy habits. As long as they know it is for their best, I think it is good that they learn that exercise and eating healthy keeps us fit and healthy. Make sure to teach them balance, though. One of my friends was anorexic because her mom always talked about cooking low fat and now she is too skinny and afraid of eating anything with fat in it.
