Well, today has turned out to be GREAT!!! The baby hasnt pooped since 3am. YAY! I know yall are tired of reading about baby poop but when you hav an infant that becomes a priority LOL!
I a determined not to weigh until Firday, so i hope to have some good results! Back on the diet and Challenge wagon and feeling good. Looking for some good cardio i can do in the house if anyone has any suggestions let me know! I have to be honest. I am getting a little bored with Atkins. I am not changing diets until i get to 200 or under but i cant find anything interesting to eat. I have lost all interest in food. I miss my fruits and i love whole wheat low carb bread and fat free milk and cereal. I am looking at Weight Watchers. They use to have a low carb prgram on there so i am still researching. If anyone out there has had my problem and knows how to get past it PLEASE give me some info! Happy Tuesday!

Glad your son is better. I think my son is pooping for him! I have been changing dirty diapers all STINKIN day!! lol. I was kind of getting to the point you are at with food. I finally started just keeping track of my calories and eating mostly all whole grains, lean meats, veggies, fruits ect...but still allow myself an indulgence here and there, as long as I am under my calories. I think WW is a great program. It works for a lot of people. I missed my cereal too. I could eat cereal for breakfast lunch and dinner!

Dana, you asked me about WW. I just started WW after Fat Smash in January: so I do not know much about it except it is MUCH more flexible than Fat Smash diet. For my body type though, I have to watch carbs and sugars or I blow up. I never tried atkins because I really don't eat a lot of meat. Maybe a little eggs, fish and chicken, with seldom turkey... but I find myself leaning more towards grains, fruits, veggies when I do eat. Basically, what I am saying is that I don't know. Although I don't eat a lot of bread, I don't like being on a diet that says no completely: I want to have ONE piece if whole grain/ whole wheat bread I feel like it. I am working my butt off so I think it should be okay. I do make sourdough wheat bread at home. It is hard to resist eating the whole thing but, I manage to control myself. I think it helps having a diet that you can eat all kinds of foods within limits. Keep up your exercise, GOOD food choices, and food portion sizes and I am sure that you will be okay!
