1503 kcal Fat: 91.01g | Prot: 113.33g | Carb: 54.03g.   Breakfast:  Jones Jones naturally hickory smoked canadian bacon, Egg, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: hford crunchy vegetable salad, Wegmans Reduced Fat Lorraine Deli Swiss Cheese, Cains Mayonnaise, Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread, Krakus Polish Deli Ham, Lipton Diet Green Tea with Citrus. Dinner: White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Cooked Carrots (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other: Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Vanilla, Diamond of California Finely Diced Walnuts, Atkins Day Break Cranberry Almond Bar. more...
