I have let stress get the best of me and now I have to focus on my health and longevity. This is my new goal and I am trying to exercise at the school with a long walk or do exercises here at home on my machine. I have to watch how much as still have arthritis and numb hands from 3 surgeries, but am working through it. SLOWLY... It seems I am not good at counting calories or carbs so trying to do shakes regularly, so I only have to count some of the day. I am loading up on nuts and fruits as much as can and water or spark or detox fruit water.

Walking is good, keep walking. Might want to get a referral to a physical or occupational therapist ( they work more with hands) depending on what your surgeries were, if you haven't done so already. Personally have permanent nerve damage down both arms from a neck injury and the following surgery. PT really helped me.
