A follow up to my earlier journal entry on my new 36" waist pants... I saw a VERY good HS friend of mine last night that i rarely see anymore... maybe 2-3 times per year. He said to me "Mil, you look great! What are you doing?" :) I was delighted to hear him say it, and simply explained that i was on the road to a new, healthier ME! He was very impressed with the "new me"...
It was not only a nice thing to hear, but very unexpected from a very good MALE HS friend... :)
I guess I’ll "keep on keepin on"...
