This morning I was CRAVING coffee. Period. End of story. As I made my way to work, I got out some cash-o-lah for some blonde coffee. Then made a quick decision that I shouldn't drink any more of anything before I get to work. Good decision. The coffee shop was not open. So decision made. Arrive at the office - and just made instant coffee. Wasn't going for that initially, but the taste was there. Normally I have it on the weekend. But apparently I am having it NOW. (And yes, my ONE peanut butter cookie was considerably better with hot coffee!)

This morning's workout was Turbo Fire HIIT 15 - basically a super intense plyometric workout - condensed into 15 glorious minutes. As normal, I turned the music up (keep in mind I had not done this workout at all)....and therefore made my morning look like I was fighting myself and an imaginary bumblebee. On the plus side, I did get my new workout outfit in the mail (for those of you familiar with Athleta, it was on the cover of your newest catalog -- for those of you who do not know about it -- http://www.athleta.com/ - the athlete in plank lifting a weight is the outfit I had to have within seconds of seeing it. (P.S. I DO NOT look like the model....yet)

So glad today is my Friday. Not that I get to sleep in tomorrow, because that won't be happening. Because I have Turbo Fire 45 in the morning to start my day....so that means I will be forcing myself to get up earlier, as I have an appt at 8:30am. But, I get to wear the cool outfit again. :)

Sometimes, it's just the little things in life that make all the difference!
