Ok, I feel good about restarting today. I look back and wonder "What was I thinking" when I decided to give WW a try. I know I am carb intollerant, so why should it surprise me that I gained weight. But, I am back on plan and ready to go full steam ahead.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 January 2011:

Well any time you go from a low carb plan to a higher carb plan you will show a gain. You have to give other programs a month or so to work because of the changes. You also have to add those carbs back in slowly. But you should stick with whatever you feel best fits your lifestyle. I try to do a modified low carb on Weight Watchers. I am not a big meat eater. But good luck! I'm sure you will do great.
