Another glorious day is upon us...and I've already had Cheez-its'! Water is the key today for sure.

It's very challenging to come back to a 31 minute workout after the Abs 10. LOL. I found myself enjoying the workout more today - love Pink - so it made it enjoyable. Had lower energy today than normal. Tummy wasn't feeling so hot, but I powered through it...knowing tomorrow will be TF 45 and I get to hear a delightful song at the end! :)

I bought a pair of khaki colored pull on pants - size 14 - one size too small for me really right now. Plus it looks like I have on nothing. Those two factors keep me from wearing them out in public, and they have now become additional workout pants. And they are hot. Hot to work out in. So I sweat like a Quarter Horse during workouts. But at least I'm getting some wear out of them instead of them hanging in my closet collecting dust.

Tonight I go for volunteer orientation at local pet shelter. I know, I know, like I wasn't busy enough. It's 8 hours a month, for 3 months. And I've requested some other girl friends to come help in addition to co workers. My goal? Try not to come home with a pet every time I volunteer. :)

*Funny -> Reading "Dr Sleep" by Stephen King and I've just really started to get into it. Funny how you get concerned about the characters in the book when you are away. :)

I love that you are volunteering at a shelter. Not only are you helping the animals, but it may keep you so occupied that you don't think too much about the fact that you are making healthy changes in your diet. Good job!
