As I enter week 2 of trying to loose the weight, hold myself accountable and try to get all my workouts in without dying this week I am surprisingly prepared. I hate Sundays, this is the only day I take off from working out and the only day that I am not running around lke a chicken with my head cut off, I like to relax, but in order to eat the food I want, I have to get some kind of workout in - does doing laundry cut? This week, I have just one goal, in order to run the half marathon in May, I have 4 days of running and try to combine 2 workouts in one day so that I can enjoy one day off. I haven't figured out which day, but will hopefully find the motivation mid-week. Today is all set and then dinner tonight with my Italian in laws, my goal to plan out ahead so that I am prepared. I find that if I put all my food in before starting my day I am better prepapred to think before feeding time. Ah Sundays, and I thought Monday's were hard!!!
