Long time no visit! Long story short, I got to 146lbs, went on holiday, partied a little too much since so I'm back.
Plan has changed slightly, I've been weight training since October so I'm only weighing in once in a while, the reason being that I've actually been putting on weight despite losing inches so I'll be keeping an eye on the scales but won't be going by those numbers. I don't have a goal as such in terms of weight or BF% as of yet, I'm just going to continue to eat clean and weight train, I'll set a proper goal once I know what I want that goal to be! for now, progress pic to start the new year!
Hoping to start checking in a few times a week to keep myself on track!
