I really blew it today . First time I went off diet since the 2nd .Dreading my weigh-in in the morning .

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 January 2014:
2318 kcal Fat: 102.70g | Prot: 82.89g | Carb: 284.74g.   Breakfast: Best Choice Instant Oatmeal - Maple & Brown Sugar, Del Monte Banana. Lunch: Chicken (Breaded and Fried), Hy-Vee Crab Rangoon, Egg Roll with Chicken or Turkey, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chinese Gravy or Sauce (Soy Sauce, Stock or Bouillon, Cornstarch), KA-ME Chinese Style Hot Mustard, Chinese Fried Rice. Dinner: Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Cornbread (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other: Whitman's Assorted Chocolates, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry & Banana. more...

Hang in there and just start over, everyone stubs there toe but we can do this. Just go and weigh in and take whatever the scales say and make it better next week. I am a good one at stubbing toes, I think I start over more than anyone. but I am not giving up this time. Eating better is my goal and hopefully it will make us healthier. Thank you Janet ! I only gained .8 so I am thrilled . I am eating my healthy breakfast as I write this . Back to my omelets . The problem yesterday was we were stuck in town and was hungry so of coarse we went for something we loved . We split a meals so that helps .Good luck to you , love you !

Remember to gain 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories! Don't be so hard on yourself. My guess is you did not blow it by eating 3500 calories over your RDI% in just 1 day. Back up on the horse you go, no worries, keep on keeping on, you can totally do this!

Don't dread it. You've been on it since the 2nd and doing great. Don't fret over one day. Instead, enjoy, feel good, then tomorrow say, back on. Don't beat yourself up for having a little fun. I think it takes a while to put it back on, anyway! Big Hugz to you, smile and enjoy. You're doing great!

You can have your favorite food/treat once in a while as long as you don't go overboard. One day off won't kill you. Like Jillzee00 said enjoy it, it helps you not feel like you are being deprived of things you enjoy.
