I am even sicker than I was! Full on headcold. No appetite whatsoever. We went to Cheesecake Factory yesterday for my mom's 68th birthday and it was all I could do to force down like 5 or 6 bites of my brunch. My weight is down, but not for the right reasons. I feel terrible, this sucks! :( Not a great start to my year. I still came to work though, if for no other reason than to get back the guy who got us all sick to begin with!!!

I'm sorry to hear this Chris. Don't forget to drink lots of fluids, broth or herbal teas. It will help to flush the toxins from your body and prevent dehydration. I hope you'll feel better very soon. I guess P90X is not on your plan today ;-) just kidding don't think about anything else than recovering. Take care!

ha- your last line made me laugh. Sickness stinks but you can't argued with a zero appetite when you are trying to lose...there's always a silver lining.

Hope you are feeling better tonight Chris and if you're not please stay home. I think I am staying home tomorrow and I don't care what is waiting for me at the office.

LOL.. revenge is sweat some times....hope you feel better soon... take the weight loss and let it be your starting point for when you are feeling better..
