I haven’t been on this app in years. I’m now at my heaviest weight and my blood work results recently have scared me. My goal is to finally get back on track fully and truly cater to my body in the most healthy way possible.

I have to get in control of how and what I eat. I also need to push past the limits in my mind & workout even on the days where I just don’t want to. I want to be around for as long as I can but I can’t do that with the way I’ve been living.

so glad you are back! experience has taught me that holding oneself accountable (by tracking calories and macros) is the single most important behavior in the equation; we will fall off at times but the trick is to never give up; once we have put in enough time then bouncing back becomes easier and falling off becomes less frequent! congrats on your return! 🏆
