Prepping meals for the week
I roast a chicken on Sunday (or two), and eat re-heated roasted chicken a couple of nights, chopped up in a casserole that lasts a couple of nights, shredded in a green salad a couple of nights, you can make enchiladas, tacos, soup, etc.
