Funny how easy it is to forget to log food! Will make this a priority today - especially after my bad slip up yesterday (involving Granddaughter's birthday and pizza).

Tracy - And very nice to have you back. You'll have to fill us in on everything that has happened while you've been gone.

Happy Monday Buffy! Your little graph is coming back down. Yesterday's pizza and birthday cake are history. It's a new day. :)

I'm OCD when it comes to entering food. Your grand daughter is more important. Take those moments and enjoy them.

Mom - thanks - and I will take advantage of this "new day".

Classic - I appreciate that and agree. There are days that need celebrating and most of the time celebrations involve junk food. I have learned to just move on!

Mmmmmm, pizza..... Great attitude on the restart. Hope you have an awesome Monday :)

Yep, Granddaughters come first (especially if there is pizza and cake involved). :D But, you're doing GREAT on your post-holiday numbers. I don't think you have much to fret over. Keep going strong!

Wayne - I have come to realize that losing weight is a life long project. There will be many days when things do not go as planned and dealing with this is just part of the great scheme of things.

Rob - Thanks for the encouragement - am hoping 2014 will be a better year.

We have a lot of celebrations and, of course, they mostly involve food. The thing is ... peer pressure is usually what wins out when we try to eat SANEly, right? I mean we have lots of holidays and BBQ's and birthdays and picnics all throughout the year. It's up to us to NOT think it's okay to overeat. (I am talking very sternly to myself here). *sigh*

Mom - There was no peer pressure. It was me VS the pizza, and the pizza won. I actually had cooked a hamburger before I went and ran out of time to eat it. Wasn't the first time I messed up and it won't be the last.
