Oh man! We have 100% chance of snow tomorrow. Steph is going to get a white Christmas. I just hope what happened last year doesn't happen this year. The Christmas Eve snow last year was so bad, I spent my very first Christmas ever, at the ripe old age of 65, at home alone. My son, who has a bunch of different 4-wheel drive contraptions, couldn't get out of his drive for 3 days. (He has an 82 acre horse farm, with a really long drive, off a gravel road.)
The good news, I lost two pounds this week. I'm only .8 lbs. from the 220s and very happy about it. Onederland doesn't seem nearly as far away as it did when I started this journey. I still don't know if I look any different. My son took pictures last Sunday, but hasn't posted them yet.
I'm planning a spike-day for Christmas so I don't even have to think. My RDI lowered to 1900 cals. today. I hadn't read "The Spike Diet" yet, so didn't realize you are actually supposed to eat double your RDI on a spike day (3800 cals. for me). I wonder if I can after all these months? A friend gave me a mix for gluten free, chocolate chip cookies and one for gluten free brownies the other day. This may be the best time to make, take and try them. If I take them, I won't be bringing any home after. LOL.
A good friend gave me some "Nation of Tea", chocolate tea Sunday at our inner family Christmas party. I think I'm going to go have a cup. It smells lovely. I'll let you all know how it tastes. Have a great evening!

The snow is here this morning, we have had about 2 inches so far, and it just started at about 7 am....weather man is still saying on 2-4 inch range, but me thinks that it may be a little more than that. We already have 2 inches and it is going to snow all day and into tomorrow morning! But I am having my white Christmas.....YAY!!!!

Hugs! I'm so happy for you. I woke up to no snow, just rain so far. Our temperature hasn't dropped. I looked at the radar. The snow is sitting right over you. All I could think is, "This will make Steph SO HAPPY!" Merry, merry Christmas dear friend.

I lied. I went to make my coffee and looked out. Just in the time I've been on the computer, the snow has started and we have about 1/4" already. How funny!

Here in Seattle, we are getting rain for Christmas, as usual. People used to say how it would be nice to have a white Christmas. In 2008 it dumped a foot of snow on the area Christmas eve, and everything came to a standstill. Now everybody is thankful for their green Christmas here.

I just hope you don't get too much rain. I've been watching the torrential storms move over the west coast. We're getting the tail end of one of those right now. Rune, have a joyous, safe Christmas. (I think I would love Seattle.)
