No gain or no loss so I can live with this but I did work out last night so am a little proud of myself. Really good to get to the gym for some good hard work. Makes a person sleep better.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
