You need to try it. Just cut up an apple and microwave for a minute. Sprinkle cinnamon. Cottage cheese for dip. Great snack. Reminds me of pie.

Microwave!?!!? Girl. You’re talking my language now. I’m so doing this. Cold rainy days go really well witch coffee and stuff that tastes like warm apple pie. 😍

I used to make it in the microwave at work all the time. Depending on the apple, you might need a little sweetener of your choice. I didn’t use any on this one. The apple and the cottage cheese play together nicely. We’re heading out for another long walk. It’s chilly again. This was my snack.
