Weight is barely down a little bit but it is a little bit. Will work out today and have a great time and looking forward to this and will have alot of fun as my Christmas shopping is nearly over.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
