Just a quick evening check in. I'm at the hospital, checked in and ready for the night.
I've been out with Wife, had the steak I planned on having, with the baked potato I planned on having.
I've had maybe 100 ml of water, just to kill dry month.
Strangely, the skipping of water is by far the hardest thing I've done in regards to weight loss or maintenance.
It's not something that I would volunteer to do again any time soon.
The results are clear though. I'm down another 600 grams since this morning, and I'm not gonna eat any more, or drink any more today. I should be down a few hundred grams in the morning.
...
Surgery is tomorrow at 8 Am. I'm the first in line, as they expect I may take a little while. The cut is slightly larger than expected, but still nowhere near last time.
Last time, I "only" got the scar around my waist. This time I get a bonus one from the mid chest and down. They will do it nicely and esthetically sane, but it IS an extra scar to deal with.
They were actually trying to avoid this, but due to the large amount of loose skin I had to begin with, it's just not possible.
Still, it'll look nicer than the loose skin, and I'll look (even) better in right shirts, and the scars really don't bother me at all.
I'm just a little surprised as this was today's big news. But obviously, I want the finished product to look as nice as possible.
So Surgery if at 8 Am. Bring it on. I'm ready.
Life is good.
