I'm a 32 years old, single and childless (by choice) girl from Brazil who just realized that my body image is completely incorrect: I need to loose some weight! (a lot...) I've been always active and love to exercise and move my body,but 2 months ago when I rejoined the gym (lots of stuff made me lazy and quit gym for like 9 months) I noticed that I no longer could run or jump or dance without feeling my knee... Result: there's only a few exercises that I can do (gladly spinning is allowed, that's my favourite!). Resuming, I need to workout to lose weight and need to lose weight to workout... Ahhhh!
That was my trigger, I wanna be my healthy and agile self again, and if in the process I look great in smaller outfits: Iupiiiii!!!!!
I'm counting on your help and motivation - and some ugly truths when necessary - and I'm also there for anyone who needs me. I'd love to make some friends too!
