After thanksgiving I list all control. So, back on track and pushing for almost protection.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so hard, just try your best! I did the same thing, but got back on track and lost 8 more pounds! I know you can do it... If I can, then anyone can! :)

Thanks giving was hard for me too. I had a bite of this and a drink of that, but back on track. Just imagine, next year wont be so hard !
