I am just eating too much and have to really watch the calories. Plus I have been sick so that is not good and I feel alot better but I think the medicine did not help me in the least bit.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
