I've been eating cabbage and cauliflower mashed (faux) potatoes. Ceasar salads with blackened salmon or shrimp and scallops.

Sounds great, right. Well, I've gained three (3) more pounds.

Doesn't Atkins have you eat high protein? Your protein is low today so that could be it...just a thought.

scallops are one of the seafoods that are high carbs and not recommended in the original Atkins 72 program.
