Well, I'm finally back (I hope). Today is the first day of the rest of my diet. I know what to do, and that I can actually do it, but the sustained effort is so difficult that I really haven't wanted to. However, it's getting so it's not fun to shop for clothes again, so something had to be done. Good luck to me, and to any who may read this.

You can do it! I am back also! It's been 7 months since I gave birth to my daughter and I am slowly but surely getting back on track!!

Good luck and glad to see you back! I'm giving it another go myself - lack energy and excitement, but I really need to do something and without the goal, I am just not eating well.
