Well, I'm back. Finally. Contrite? Mostly. I have had some delightful high times, but now it's time to get serious again. Do diet control yes--fine. Do diet control try--get round, just like grape.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
