I cried yesterday! I don't trust my own scale, but I do trust Michelle, my nutritionist's! I've lost 17 pounds and 6 inches off my waste and hips. She weighs and measures me each time. I have no idea how I gained so much weight; actually I do, 3 kids 2 miscarriages and 10 years of chronic stress, but if I keep up the hard work I can be at my target weight within a few months.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 November 2013:
