THE MISTLETOE ELVES

I went to a Beach Boys concert last night. So I got a late start this morning. I didn’t get to the gym, but I did do 40 minutes on the treadmill and 1 hour of pilates on my own.

The BEACH BOY!!! Pardon my yelling... but the beach boys!!! I was raised in Mission Beach (San Diego) and beach boys music was BIG at that time and on the radio all the time. I bet you had a good time! Great job getting all that exercise time in. You didn't go to the gym but you still got more exercise in than I ever do. your doing great
