So far I've had a dull headache all day and I'm really tired. I don't know if it's my body transitioning away from glucose for energy but I really want a nap. I'm not hungry though, so that's good. I do feel a bit irritable. Probably because of the tiredness.

It does take a week or so for your body to adapt. Just keep at it and you'll be very happy you did.

Thanks for that! I'm feeling pretty good other than the headaches. I'm actually down 3.5 pounds from yesterday! I know this is all water weight, but it makes me know I'm on the right track. Cheers!
