i am here seem to be in a holding pattern as far as the weight loss goes i have been busy and not posting and not really watching what i have been doing just concious of my choices i did go over on my total carbs yesterday but kept it at acceptable foods had the pumpkin cheese cake for desert and picked at the turkey like crazy! but there is enough left over turkey to keep me munching till i begin to sprout feathers lol am still doing my exersizes but have switched to only every other day on the kettle bell and think by next month i will be ready to go up in weight on the bell i am able to complete the full work out now and only minor joint pain the next day. hope every one is doing well and sorry i have not been keeping up will hope that things settle here soon and i can get back into my regular routine! honking for you all and you are in my daily prayers!

Hey, Laura...glad that you are doing well, and that you enjoyed your Thanskgiving. Great job with the kettlebell workouts! Glad that the joints are doing better. Hope that things get back to normal soon for you!

When you sprout feathers, you'll have to learn the Turkey Dance! LOL!! Then you'll have another alternative exercise!! Hope your routine gets back to normal soon, although you've done great staying in a holding pattern over this holiday that revolves around eating. HONK!

Good Morning Laura, Shaking off my tail feathers and am getting ready to take off into a new work week. Why fly with the Turkey's when we can soar with the Eagles? Let's keep a good birds eye focus in keeping the good energy level this week! HONK, HONK TOWANDA!!!!
