aggie95's Journal, 16 October 2013

I was reading back thru my journals yesterday and noticed that the last time I measured myself was on Aug.14. So, I grabbed the measuring tape last night and checked things out and I'm glad to report that I've maintained my measurement status. No change, still 37-35-39.75!

Went for a run today at lunch and I'm on track to stay within my RDI. All I know is that I feel great and that if I stay at this weight for a while, that's fine. My clothes fit and I have no health issues! But getting to my goal would be great...!

Good for you! Question - is there any way to change your settings on your journal to private so no one sees but you? Sometimes I would just like to yell, vent, rant, but not necessarily want any pity from others :)

Great job! Staying the same is much better than going back up. You've got a good routine going with the running, so keep it up and I'm sure you'll see losses again eventually.

Seems the closer we get to our goal the harder and longer it takes for every pound to come off. Well worth the effort though, it helps to get you into the maintaining routine. Just go with it like your doing and it'll happen. I loved doing the measuring as it often times showed a difference where the scales didn't. You'll get there, just keep on going.
