I am so frustrated with my scale. It hasn't budged from 200 in about 14 days. According to the gym scale, I weigh 197. I know it's not a huge difference, but it's weighing on me, no pun intended. I have been pretty compliant in my food intake and exercise over the past two weeks, and it's driving me insane that my home scale is not moving. I just don't get it. I have heard of plateaus, but this is ridiculous. I think I'll wait until the gym scale says 195, and if the home scale isn't moving I'm going to record that weight.
