Down another .8, now at 295. Yesterday, I went over my net carbs, so I didn't think I would have a loss. Bad me! :) All because I waited to long to eat dinner and my blood sugar dropped to 70 (I'm Type II diabetic, controlled by diet). I'm thinking 'What can I eat without going off plan to raise my blood sugar???? So I made some onion dip with sour cream, and I ate fresh raw broccoli like there was no tomorrow. It took awhile, but my blood sugar finally came back up. I normally check my blood sugar upon rising and before dinner. I'm going to check it more often for awhile.
I don't recall ever having my blood sugar drop that low. I always have to keep myself in check from the high side, not low. My Ogre (DH) was trying to offer me orange juice, and I kept trying to explain to him that it would throw me out of ketosis, and I would go through Atkins Flu all over again.
Hope all my buddies are doing well! Happy, Healthy Losses! :)
