Weighed in at 295, no loss-no gain from yesterday's bad eating day.

I am having blood sugar problems. And, I don't know why. My blood sugar is running on the low side and I'm having to eat like crazy to keep it up to normal. Anyone got any idea as to why I'm having low blood sugar? When I have never had a problem during my whole life, or while I did 1 1/2 yrs of Atkins loosing weight (it was actually hard to push it back down to normal from a little high).

Beyond the blood sugar problem, my husband decided to assist me in low carbing. Last night for dinner, he went to Burger King and bought a low carb burger for me, along with ONION RINGS (oh no)! Yep, I ate the onion rings during a weak moment of dealing with my low blood sugar. I told myself, I was just gonna pull the onions out of the breading and eat them, nope... I stared at them and one lead bite lead to another. Then, later in the evening, I was having cravings for everything under the moon. To the point I had Rocky Road ice cream staring out of the freezer at me. I told myself that I had gone to far, and have so much to look forward to, just say NO. I did say NO. And I ate tuna salad instead. Close Call!!!

This morning my Ogre (DH) made scrambled eggs and bacon for me. I love him! :)

Well, off to the big city to get my Ogre sized for his suit to wear at his daughter's wedding to be held on the Disney island, "Castaway Cay"!

What a fun place to have a wedding! Maybe your body is just adjusting to the whole low carb thing? I hope you can get it figured out soon!

Good for you on not going down that Rocky Road! - Maybe your will power will be contagious. Sorry - I have no wisdom to share on blood sugar.
