DRUM ROLL!! 10 Pounds lost this past week!! My BEST week since starting Yoli in June when I lost 12 pounds my first week (Yoli advertises 7 - 15 pounds can be lost the first week).

I've been very consistent with my eating. I was battling a cold 2 weeks ago (I never got one or the feared sinus infection!), so I had increased my water intake to TWO Gallons per day every day this past week! I drink a gallon in the am before 8:30 & another gallon throughout the day. Yes, I go to the bathroom A LOT! LOL

This past week I also did no exercise like I had started the previous week. Yoli turns the body into a fat burning machine without the need of extraneous exercise! ;)

I look forward to my body becoming better every day. I still have 30 pounds until I reach my goal, but I know that with yoli's Better Body System it is not just a dream, but quickly becoming a reality!

Have a Fantastic Week!!
;) Deb

Congrats on your numbers! If I can be a budinski though (please don't be offended) - just be careful. Losing 10 pounds in one week typically is hard on the human body. (I know with females it can be a little more likely, with hormonal changes and water retention and all) (or so I'm told) (Hope that doesn't sound sexist at all)! Am happy for you with your weight loss - doesn't it feel great carrying around less body weight !!! :)

Thank you everyone! And, no, Wayne, thanks for being a friend and telling me your thoughts and concerns. The most I had lost in one week since that first week I think was about 5 pounds (and that was at the very beginning). I really doubt that I will be able to accomplish this feat 2 weeks in a row, but remember that I am losing weight just from the food, but changing my body's chemistry from acidic to alkaline. The two gallons of H2O I'm drinking a day may be contributing to that, as well. Yes, my hormones will be affected this week, so I'm anxious to see how they will react to this, as well. Thanks again & have a wonderful day! :) Deb
