up and at it again today i am trying something different on the work out i am going to divide it into 2, on the treadmill for 30 min this morning and kettlebell for 20 then am going to try to do it again tonight. does it count the same is it as effective if you spread it out? i know i can't do all that at one time will need some recovery time have recorded it together and if i don't get the workout in tonight will just dealete it tonight but am going to try. one week of kettlbell and i am starting to notice a differance i am standing straighter and have less back pain it is really working my back muscles that had become so weak!

My husband and I have been considering getting a treadmill. Good for you for adding exercise. I think I am exercise Phobic or something.

One of the best side effects of exercise is the diminishment of pain! So happy it's helping!

Hi, you Restless-wonder!:) It is fine to split up your work out. You are exerting yourself and getting your heart rate up at the same time twice a day - that is terrific! The only downside I see is that maybe, just maybe, your adreneline may be pumping more at nightime, causing difficulty falling asleep, or allowing you to get a recouprative rest. Just look and see - it may not give you any trouble. SO excited for you that the back pain is dissapating! Great news! I've heard great things about the kettle ball, but have never tried it. I'm HONKING for YOU today! Honk Honk Honk!!

thanks girls so far today eveything keeps getting put off not able to go to the dmv so i am changing clothes and trying to change the fuel filter today. and any one that hasn't tried the kettlbell really should i am so glad i tried it! just as stef says make sure you do the warm up and cool down as this does us a lot of different muscles than ordinary routines

amanda i had backed off on the exersize too because i had stoped loosing weight and wanted to loose more but i am kinda a a comfortable size right now and just want to feel better before i go futher, and i do feel better emotionaly and physicaly with the work outs. its not just about how we look but how we feel to! honk honk!

taking a break right now the car is giving me fits on being able to reach under the car and have enough upper body strength to work over my head...but i was out on the back deck and my shadow was there in front of me on the ground and i started staring at it... wow it is not the same person as was there in july, its funny how when you take the image of your self that you see in the mirror you see the same thing you see every day but when you depersonalize it and only look at your shadow things seem so diferent...i used to be afraid to think of life going on and only wanted off this crazy merry-go-round. now? i think i am ready to start to live again,wonder what is next????

It is definately ok to spred it out through out the day. Find what works for you and stick to it.:) I'm anxious to hear if you were able to do all of it today. I'm sure you did and I know Stef will be asking us also.lol Coach Stef!!!! I think it really has a ring to it.lol Hope you got the car all taken care of? Talk soon.:)

Laura, it is great to know that you are getting such great results form the kettlebell! I love it. I did mine in the evening. I only do one 10 minute workout, and I try to do 30 minutes of Pilates at least every other day, and I walk daily. I do the walk in the evening and I TRY to do the kettlebell when I first get up. The Pilates whenever I can fit them in...usually in the evening after my walk. It doesn't matter when you do it. It gives you the same benfits. I am SOOOO PROUD of you and the last 2 lines, of your last comment, make my heart sing!! Yes, indeed, what is next??? Great job, and luv you much, girlfriend! OH and sorry that the car is giving you fits, but I know that you'll get it. There is no way that car is gonna beat you, right?
